WEATHER POLICY

Monthly, Recurring Classes: Storms are common and quite unpredictable in Southwest Florida. We will always make safety our top priority. The following weather policy is in effect year-round for monthly, recurring classes:

ALWAYS ASSUME THAT THE CLASS WILL TAKE PLACE AS SCHEDULED, RAIN OR SHINE. NO NEED TO PHONE OR EMAIL, WE WILL DO OUR VERY BEST TO GET OUR CLASSES IN SAFELY.

We make final decisions about the cancellation of each swim lesson up to 15 minutes after the class start time. For example, a 2:00 pm class may not be cancelled until 2:15 pm in the event of thunder and lightning.

In the event of a cancellation, families will be notified via text and email through Captyn. Make sure your text and email alerts are turned on in your Captyn account! Each participant in a cancelled class will be provided a “Naples Swim School Token”. Swimmers must be in attendance in order to receive said token.

Each participant in attendance in a canceled class will be credited with one "token." Each token is is redeemable for one of the following options in lieu of the canceled class: - 50% Off NSS Private Lesson Coupon (redeem anytime while enrolled in group classes) - Make up the class within two weeks of the cancellation. We'll work with you to find an available spot (no charge). THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED CLASSES.

Tokens may not be redeemed for refund and have no cash value. Summer teams, camps, and other non-monthly programs: your coach will provide more information (no make-ups). Tokens expire on December 31st of each calendar year.
